Improving Medication Safety
A little slow off the mark I know, but I've just noticed that there's a new report on medication safety that's just been published by the UK Department of Health, which contains substantial recognition of the role that package design can play in reducing medication errors. Excellent.
Incidentally I see that the DH site has changed its domain name - www.dh.gov.uk rather than the Homeresque www.doh.gov.uk
