Face values
Ok - now this is me playing - thinking about how we distinguish between drug packs.
As human beings, what are we good at recognising and remembering? Faces!
How about using faces on packs to identify different products? We could even give them names... "Well I usually have Dave twice a day, but the pharmacist's given me Pete by mistake."
