Guidance on the labelling and packaging of medicines (170Kb PDF file)
After a series of serious drug misadministration incidents, the UK Committee on Safety of Medicines set up an expert working group to look at the labelling and packaging of medicines and prepare guidance notes for the industry.
This is their report, just published.
